Since beginning as a therapist and stumbling into anger over a decade ago, I have continued to research and learn all I can about anger – both professionally and personally.

And this has evolved into a deeper understanding of it. Not just how it presents, why it’s happening and what we can do with it – but the context of it. How we see it in the world, what impact that has on the way we feel it, what we think of people who are angry. Anger doesn’t happen in a vacuum – all of these things are interrelated. And it’s part of my passion to help you figure out how it looks for you, and what the heck to do with it.

Just because I have a passion for working with anger doesn’t mean that’s all I can help you with.

I’ve begun working with people because anger has been the issue at that time, but they have continued working with me through a variety of other issues. OR we’ve begun working on other issues, and stumbled across anger!

It’s also important to remember that you don’t have to have to have just been through something, or be at the point of major struggle to have therapy. Therapy can be useful as a space when you want to invest some time in yourself to create stronger self confidence, better relationships or cultivate whatever it is you feel you need from your life.

I have experience working with;

– Struggles with low self confidence and self esteem

– Grief and loss (this doesn’t always mean grief through death, it could be the loss of identity, of a relationship or grieving a version of life you had)

– Navigating relationships (including non-monogamous relationship styles)

– Managing mental health and wellbeing, and a variety of other things. If you have a particular issue you would like help with, please feel free to get in touch and we can see if I can help you.

I offer two ways to work with me in therapy; The Steady Way and The Casual Way..

The Steady Way, may be for you if you really want to commit to therapy, but you just need a bit of flexibility. You pay for the sessions upfront, but then it’s taken care of and all you need to do is decide when. Find more details here.

The Casual Waymay be best for you if you want ultimate flexibility for your therapy. You book your sessions as and when you want them. Find more details about this here.

All of my work is mainly online. I have the ability to offer in person therapy, though this is very limited availability. We can discuss how you wish to work in our intro chat

If you have something in particular that you want to work through, or an issue that needs more focused time then The Steady Way may be for you.

This way is a pre-paid block of 5 sessions. You get a link which gives you access to unique times over 3 months from the time of purchase. Once you’ve paid and booked your times in, all you need to worry about is turning up and using the space as you want to.

The Steady Way is great if we haven’t worked together before or if you’ve never had therapy before. It gives us the chance to get to know each other a little better, and more opportunity to really get into the thing that you’re struggling with.

The Steady Way

£285/ for package of 5 sessions
  • Block book of 5 sessions
  • A way to have regular sessions with a little more flexibility
  • Unique booking link to find appointment times that work for you
  • Redeemable within a 3 month period
  • May be the best option if we haven't worked together before

The Casual Way

£60/per session
  • As many sessions as you like
  • More flexibility around how many sessions you have and when
  • Unique booking link to find appointment times that work for you
  • No limit on how often you book sessions

Casual therapy is ideal if we have worked together before, and you want to return to therapy. It could be that you have a particular issue you want to focus on, or you just want to maintain your wellbeing.

It’s not limited to people who have worked with me before though – this might be better for you if you can’t pin down the time to commit to regular sessions.

(Please note that if you would like to access sessions this way but we have not worked together before, then we need to do a meeting session first. This is so that we can see if we are a good fit for each other. A meeting session is £57 and there is no obligation to continue if it’s not a good fit).
