It’s not always possible to access therapy, for a variety of reasons. I try to create as much as I can to give you free access to some of the things that may be helpful. Whether it’s psychoeducational information, ideas of things to try, or just some thoughts from my experience, you can find it all here. 

The best way to keep up with anything I share, whether it be blogs, informative stuff, or things to try – will be to get signed up to emails. I send things to folks on my email list first, so if you want to make sure you get it (without getting lost in social media!) get signed up here.

Emails

I know, I know it feels like adding yet another email to all of the ones sending you offers and updates.

However – I want to share things that might be really helpful for you. Things like, ways to understand your anger, understanding the impact of your cycle, and insights into so many other things. 

Social Media
