Hello, I'm Holly! 👋
I’m done with all the old ways to deal with anger. What we think we know is outdated and out of touch with a society full of diversity.
I’m here to dismantle the notion that being angry is a failure, and help people to reconnect with anger as a tool and not a burden.
What would being more in flow with your anger look like?
Perhaps it’s being able to stand up for yourself without feeling guilty.
🙌
Could it be a life where you feel you can be who you are, unapologetically?
🌈
Or maybe it’s learning how to forge authentic relationships where you feel understood.
I was never an angry person. Then 10 years ago, that all changed. But not how you might think…
10 years ago, I would have told you that I’m not an angry person. “That’s not me” I would have said. I would have laughed it off, and think it was a strange thing to think of me. “Not me”. Now, I proudly say that I am always angry.
I have a consistent ability to feel angry, to be enraged, to rage passionately. And I love it. I love it because being familiar with anger has lead me to create better boundaries, to find more self confidence, know what I need, and most of all – to have the highest level of compassion and love for myself.
Yes – I know how cheesy that sounds. But you know what – fuck it! Because it’s real, it’s true and it’s a consequence of anger that has changed my life.
And it all changed because for the first time, I began to learn about what anger really is. What it can really look like, and most of all, what it looks like for me. And throughout all of that learning, I began to discover something that felt earth-shatteringly important…
I began to discover, that in addition to learning that anger has been dominated into a ‘masculine’ perception of it, leaving no room for what it looks like for women, gender divergent communities, and people who menstruate or menopause. But also, that anger shows up differently for people who are neurodivergent, chronically ill and disabled.
So here I am – determined to rewrite anger into a more accepting, compassionate and inclusive way.
Let’s work together…
Here’s some of the ways in which we can work together, whether it is on anger, or on other things you might want to work on…
Therapy
I offer 50 minute sessions, online (this can be phone, video or even email) and you will get flexibility and full control over when you wish to book sessions.
We can work together in a Steady Way (regular sessions for the most impact) or the Casual Way (more flexibility for you). More details on these are on the Therapy page.
Free stuff
Sometimes, therapy and in depth learning might not be quite right. You might have a lot to juggle, may want to just understand anger a little bit more, or even might not have the resources for it right now.
I create things like this as often as I can just for you. They can range from snippets about anger, to more in depth conversations.
The Anger Workshop
A 45 minute workshop in which I cover some of the key things to understand about anger.
The workshop is pre-recorded, so you can watch it at your own pace. There is also a worksheet with the slides and activities to follow along with and even use again later.
The Anger Group
The anger group is a 10 week live programme which gives you a more in depth look at what you need to understand about anger. The best part of this group, is that for 10 weeks you get a community of people to do this with, helping reduce some of the shame in the things you might be experiencing.

Working with me looks like…
🌱 Being given the space and time to discuss the things you struggle with – in a way that puts you at the center
🌱 Getting encouragement to make changes that work for the long term
🌱 Crucially, time to celebrate and revel in the ways that you have made progress, or done fabulous things
🌱 Working together in a way that puts you at the heart of the whole process – that means getting to know what works for you, what doesn’t and finding ways to navigate the difficult parts together
🌱 Regular conversations about how the sessions are feeling, what is helpful, what’s not and refocusing on what is going to work best for you
A bit more about me…

🔥 I used to call myself a “procrasti-queen” – then it dawned on me that I’m actually neurodivergent – ha!
🔥 I am disabled and chronically ill, so my energy can often be in flux, but when it comes to my work I am READY! I l also try to practice what I preach when it comes to self care!
🔥 I’ve been a psychotherapist for over 10 years, I have qualifications that I put my heart and soul into, and I am on the Professional Standards Authority Register under the NCPS (National Counsellor & Psychotherapy Society) as a Senior Accredited Member.
